“Don’t underestimate the power of personal coaching to crystallize your concepts. Jackie Adams and I hired Jill, an expert, to help us think about our communications because, as professionals ourselves in technology and media, we didn’t want to become that old cliche, the shoemaker’s child having no shoes.
